Ironwood toilet partitions are able to meet or exceed LEED and ADA requirements for wood veneer, stone, solid surface, plastic laminate, compact laminate and custom laminate partitions.

Wood Veneer partitions can be used to create warm, beautiful bathroom partition designs. Domestic species such as cherry, maple, and walnut are available. Exotic species, such as mahogany and wenge are also available. Our hardwood suppliers use environmentally responsible practices to harvest and replenish their products.

Ironwood uses high-quality stains and top coats to finish our Wood Veneer partitions. We can match the color and finish specified for most designs. The best way to ensure a match is to send a sample of the desired wood, stain and finish. If not possible, standard species and finish charts can be used to meet your needs. Ironwood restroom partitions are available in solid engineered stone. Engineered Stone can be used in moist environments, but it should not be subject to continuous water contact for extended periods. It is, however, resistant to impacts and stains: most stains and cosmetic marks can be removed with warm water and non-abrasive soap.

The patterns and colors of Engineered Stone cannot be guaranteed to match since variations in these properties are inherent to the material. Available finish options include:

Solid Surface materials are made from acrylic polymer resins combined with pigments and fire-retardant fillers. They are available in a wide range of colors and patterns from several manufacturers. Finish is polished, non-reflective.

These materials are impact-resistant and work well in high-moisture environments.

Solid Surface materials are homogeneous. As a result, most scratches and minor damage can be completely repaired with light sanding and polishing.

Another advantage of Solid Surface material is seams can be chemically bonded, so they are not visible in the final product. Seams are often required in Solid Surface partition designs.

Laminate stall partitions combine value, durability and a wide range of design options. High-Pressure Laminate is made from sheets of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resins, a decorative sheet with the desired color/pattern and a transparent overlay.

Laminates themselves are waterproof, but the edges of laminate partitions are not. Because of this, Plastic Laminate partitions are not appropriate for locations with high humidity, such as areas with showers in the same room.

Compact laminate partitions are made by compressing and heating sheets of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resins. This laminate core is covered with a decorative sheet and a transparent overlay to give the desired color and pattern. This process results in a durable material with a matte finish.

Compact Laminate is very resistant to damage from impacts or stains, including indelible inks. Most stains clean up with the use of warm soapy water or common, non-abrasive cleaners.

Standard Compact has a fire rating of class B/2. Class A/1 Compact is available as an upgrade option.

Most colors and designs available in Plastic Laminate are also available in Compact Laminate.

Custom Laminate materials are an excellent way to tailor partitions to your design needs. Anything from unique colors to kindergarten masterpieces to detailed instructions on using the facilities can be printed in Custom Laminate.

This option is available for partitions manufactured from Plastic Laminate or Compact Laminate.

Clients must have clear rights to use all images, patterns or colors used for Custom Laminate.

Other options, such as engraving or custom shape, have limitations that do not apply to printed images. As a result, Custom Laminate may be a good alternative for detailed patterns.
