The following terms form a legal agreement between you, Fast Specialty LLC., DBA, Fast Partitions. Using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use this site. The material provided on this site is protected by law, including, but not limited to, the United States Copyright Law and international treaties. Any claim relating to the use of this site, its materials, and any sales thereunder is governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and Tennessee will be the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from the use of or orders made on the site.

Your choice to visit our website or to take advantage of its features does not create an agency relationship between you and Fast Partitions. You are free to browse our site and use its features; in doing so, you are not acting on our behalf. To the extent Fast Partitions provides instructions on how to use or take advantage of any feature of the site, you are under no obligation to use or take advantage of that feature. Fast Partitions enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Fast Partitions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s). Although your credit card or any other form of payment typically is not charged before shipping an order, if you have been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled Fast Partitions will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or other payment type in the amount of the incorrect price.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it confirm our offer to sell. Fast Partitions reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receipt of your order. Fast Partitions is a reseller to end-users in the United States only. It does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products purchased from Fast Partitions. Fast Partitions also reserves the right to sell to anyone for any reason at its sole discretion.

The buyer will be charged all sales taxes or any other taxes in effect when the order is accepted unless a copy of a current tax exemption is on file for the taxing jurisdiction to which the goods are shipped.

Payment is due in full upon placement of the order.

At the sole discretion of Fast Partitions management, Fast Partitions may allow a 50% deposit on orders requiring significant production, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Are based on market conditions and are subject to acceptance within 30 days of the date of the quotation. Quotations are subject to revisions or cancellations should conditions warrant. The effective price is the price in effect when the order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All Toilet Partition Sales Are Final - No Cancellations, Returns Or Exchanges Will Be Accepted

No product may be returned to the factory or a Fast Partitions Partner Center without written approval. Return goods authorization is available through the Fast Partitions Customer Service Department at their sole discretion. Fast Partitions reserves the right to refuse any return.

Returns will not be accepted on custom orders and orders including colors that are not stocked.

The material must be returned in its original condition with all protective plastic intact and boxed within its original packaging. Material installed, mishandled, cut, scratched or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return.

Replacements and/or credit will be made only after a thorough investigation of the product.

Any damage or misuse of the product other than freight handling damage will be repaired and charged accordingly.

Collect shipments will only be accepted if agreed upon beforehand.

A 35% handling and restocking charge will be invoked in connection with the return of any product. Freight charges are the responsibility of the returning party. Customers may elect to ship their return via their provider or have the return freight arranged by Fast Partitions and deducted from the refund.

The following applies to any cancellation of part (or all) of an order, or any change to an order, after receipt by Fast Partitions.

Revision charges will apply as follows:
–Title and ownership of the product pass to the purchaser at the time of departure from our supplier's facility. Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has shipped.
– If the in-stock material has been picked for loading but has not left our facility, the charge will be a restocking fee of 35% of the net price of the canceled material, plus the order processing value.
– The order processing value for stock orders will be $100.00 per occurrence or 4% of the sale price, whichever is greater.
Order cancellations on custom, modified, or fabricated orders (i.e., non-stock colors) are not accepted and will be charged at the full quoted price, minus shipping expenses.

Any revision to an order will result in the order shipping date being rescheduled.

Upon delivery, the buyer shall inspect the exterior and sign the receipt as "damaged" if the packaging is damaged. After the Driver has left, the buyer is responsible for opening the box and checking all parts for damage within the three-day time frame allotted to file a damage/missing parts claim.

BY SIGNING WITHOUT NOTATING DAMAGE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL ITEMS RECEIVED ARE ACCEPTED IN GOOD CONDITION.

Any damage must be noted on the delivery ticket; otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for paying for replacement parts & shipping. If damage to the box or contents inside is found, sign the delivery receipt as follows: "Box/es received is/are damaged (including the partition parts numbers)." Drivers must provide up to 30 minutes for inspection before signing. If the Driver refuses to wait, the shipment must be signed for as follows: "Box/es is/are received damaged. Will complete a further inspection, but the Driver will not wait."

All shipments are F.O.B. (Free On Board) shipping point. Ownership passes from the manufacturer to the purchaser at the time of shipment. All freight claims are the financial responsibility of the purchaser. However, Fast Partitions will assist the buyer by filing damage claims.

In the event of a claim, Fast Partitions is not responsible for any loss of time, labor, installation errors, penalties, or other expenses incurred to remedy such claim. The time required to verify any shortages or damages and ship replacement items is at the buyer's expense.

Fast Partitions must receive a copy of the freight bill with the damage notation and pictures of any damages within four business days to process any credit request or reorder damaged materials. Without this freight bill, no credit or adjustment will be processed for the replacement order, and the buyer shall be responsible for purchasing any additional items needed.

Advertised delivery times are based on Fast Partitions' best estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs, supply chain shortages, and freight carriers can cause unexpected delays. Fast Partitions is not responsible for expenses incurred or time lost during delivery delays, shortages, or damages. Fast Partitions will not accept purchase orders with a penalty or late delivery provision.

Fast Partitions shall be notified immediately of any error or discrepancy which may require remedial action.

Claims must be made within four business days of delivery before the installation of material and will not be accepted after a complete or partial installation is attempted, as the material cannot be resold.

Fast Partitions shall deny any back charge unless it has received prior approval from Fast Partitions.

Fast Partitions shall have the opportunity to perform or have performed any remedial action required to correct an error or discrepancy before any back charge is considered for approval.

Should research show that a claim was in fact, not the fault of Fast Partitions, the customer shall pay for all expenses incurred in the performance of field inspections.

The customer shall note any freight damage on the receiving tickets and shall be responsible for filing claims with the delivering carrier. Fast Partitions is not responsible for filing claims. However, Fast Partitions will assist the customer in making such a damage claim.

In the event of a claim, Fast Partitions is not responsible for any loss of time, labor, installation or other expenses incurred to remedy such claim.

Any material, information, or idea you transmit to or post on this site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be disseminated or used by Fast Partitions or its affiliates for any purpose whatsoever. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all personal data provided to Fast Partitions will be handled in accordance with Fast Partitions's Privacy Policy. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.

Fast Partitions is committed to the preservation of online privacy for all of its website visitors, including children. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Fast Partitions sells products intended for purchase by adults. If you make a purchase on www.fastpartitions.com, you represent that you are an adult. If you are a child under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian to assist you in using www.fastpartitions.com.
